Designer Notes
Nicknamed "Commy" and easily identified by its large, transperent tandem cockpit canopy, the Command Mammoth appeared in the last phase of the War of the Alliance as a command vehicle to fill the Northern Guard's pressing need for a mobile coordination unit capable of defending itself against attack. The command package of the Command Mammoth included a state-of-the-art Hyperion Werks sensor array and a Lynton Electronics XP-12 communications system. An Abaline Tactical Systems TOC-27 multiplexed tactical coordination computer featuring a full range of command software and integrated communications and resource management subroutines made unit command from the cockpit of the "Commy" very efficient.
